So, I’ve been digging into this whole Wild Mamas Supplements thing, and let me tell you, it’s been a bit of a journey. I kept seeing it pop up, you know, “food-based supplements” this and “thrive” that. Sounded pretty good, especially since they say it’s safe for everyone, even animals. I figured, why not give it a shot?
I started by looking into what these supplements were actually supposed to do. Turns out, there’s a big focus on postpartum recovery. Now, I’m not a new mom, but hey, recovery is recovery, right? We all need a little boost sometimes. They talked a lot about key vitamins and how important they are after having a baby, which, yeah, makes sense. They keep saying a new mom’s journey is as much about her recovery and health as it is about caring for her newborn. I thought that was a good thing to bring up.
Then I saw something that really caught my eye. They have these supplements made from bison organs. Bison! Sounds a bit out there, but they say it’s like, super nutrient-dense, and they “handpicked” the organs. I don’t know what that fully means but it sounded kind of fancy. The idea is that it floods your body with “primal nutrition.” I guess that sounds better than just “animal parts.” I’m trying to figure out what “primal” actually means.
I also stumbled upon a free guide for new moms. It was put together by a dietitian, and it’s all about using supplements to nourish and replenish your body. Even though it’s not specifically for me, I figured there might be some useful info in there. I just went ahead and grabbed it.
And get this – they even have something called “wild salmon roe,” which they call “nature’s multivitamin from the sea.” I love salmon, so this one sounded pretty appealing. I’m not a huge fan of fish eggs, but hey, if it’s good for me, right?
What really pushed me to try these Wild Mamas supplements was the whole “whole food” aspect. They had a whole section just for that on their website. I’m trying to eat healthier overall, so this seemed like a good fit. They also had some info on their website about things like folic acid, iron, calcium, and vitamin D, which are apparently super important during pregnancy. They even mentioned vitamin A, but also said too much of it can be bad, so that’s something to watch out for.
- I went ahead and ordered a few different things: the bison organ one, the salmon roe, and a multivitamin specifically for pregnancy and new mothers.
- I figured the multivitamin would be a good starting point, even though I’m not pregnant. It says it’s “Food-Grown” and formulated for every stage of pregnancy, even breastfeeding.
- I started taking them a few weeks ago. I just added them to my morning routine.
- Honestly, I haven’t noticed any huge changes yet. But I also wasn’t expecting a miracle overnight. I figure it takes time for these things to really kick in.
- I’m going to keep taking them for a while and see how I feel. I’m also trying to eat better overall and get more exercise, so hopefully, it all works together.
- I read the ingredients of one of their products, it has things like red algae powder and purified seawater. All sound kind of interesting.
I’ll definitely keep you guys updated on my progress. It’s all about finding what works for you, right? And who knows, maybe these Wild Mamas supplements will end up being a game-changer for me. We’ll see!
