Okay, so, let’s talk about big breasts. This has been something I’ve dealt with my whole life, you know? I started noticing them getting bigger in middle school, and let me tell you, it wasn’t exactly a walk in the park.
First off, I started having back problems.
- When I was pregnant, my doctor told me I had very dense breast tissue. Didn’t think much of it at the time, but it makes sense now.
- My posture went to hell. I was always slouching because trying to stand up straight with these things was a real chore.
Then, there’s the whole working out thing.
- Have you ever tried running with big boobs? It’s like having two giant water balloons strapped to your chest. Not fun.
- Any kind of high-impact exercise was a nightmare. I started feeling pain not just in my chest but in my back, too. It was a mess.
And don’t even get me started on breastfeeding.
- Breastfeeding is tough for a lot of women, no matter what size their boobs are. But with big ones? Forget about it.
- I always had extra difficulty than any other mom I know who has the same experience as me.
Even sleeping became a challenge.
- I’m a stomach sleeper, always have been. The only way I could get comfortable was to shove a pillow under my hip to take some of the pressure off my chest.
- Of course, I’d move around in my sleep, and the pillow would shift, and I’d wake up in pain. It was a never-ending cycle.
In my whole life dealing with big breasts, I found that over half of women prefer a C cup according to a survey I read once, about 26 percent prefer B, and the remaining prefer a much smaller cup. This fact made me realize that I should do something about this problem and I started to make some changes.
So, yeah, that’s my story with big breasts. It’s been a journey, to say the least. But hey, I’m still here, right? And I’ve learned a thing or two along the way. I started to find ways to live comfortably with them, and found that they come in all shapes and sizes. I hope you can learn a thing or two from my experiences and know that you are not alone in this journey.
