Okay, so I’ve been trying to get my skin a bit brighter, you know, get that glow everyone’s after. I heard a lot about vitamin E, so I thought, why not give it a shot?
First off, I started washing my face every day, morning and night. Gotta get rid of that dirt and oil, right? Then, about twice a week, I used a scrub to exfoliate. This part felt pretty good, like I was really cleaning out my pores.
Next up was the moisturizing. I found a cream that had vitamin E in it. It felt pretty thick, but I figured that’s what you want. I started slapping that on after washing my face. Honestly, I felt like a greasy mess at first, but my skin did start to feel softer after a few days.
I also tried to drink more water. I’ve always been bad at that, but I got this big water bottle and just kept it with me all the time. It’s a pain to carry around, but I did end up drinking more.
- Daily Cleansing: Washed my face twice a day with a gentle cleanser.
- Exfoliation: Used a facial scrub twice a week to remove dead skin cells.
- Vitamin E Moisturizing: Applied a vitamin E-infused cream daily.
- Hydration: Increased my water intake to keep my skin hydrated.
After a few weeks, I started noticing a difference. My skin looked a bit brighter, and some of those darker spots were fading. It wasn’t like a miracle or anything, but it was definitely an improvement. I even got a few compliments, which was a nice bonus.
A Few Observations
I did notice that if I skipped the moisturizer for even a day, my skin would start to feel dry again. So, consistency is key, I guess. And, drinking all that water made me run to the bathroom all the time, but it’s worth it if it’s helping my skin.
Overall, I’d say using vitamin E has helped brighten my complexion. It’s not a quick fix, but if you stick with it, you might see some good results. Just be patient and keep up with the routine, and you might be surprised at how much your skin can improve. I’m going to continue doing it and will keep you guys updated!
