Okay, so, I’ve been trying to get more into healthy stuff lately, you know, just trying to feel better overall. I heard a lot about green tea and its benefits, and then I stumbled upon this thing called moringa. Apparently, it’s like a superfood or something. So I thought, why not combine them? I went ahead and got some moringa powder and some green tea bags from the store, nothing fancy.
First, I tried them separately. I brewed the green tea like I always do, just hot water and a tea bag. Then I tried the moringa, mixed the powder with hot water. Honestly, the moringa on its own was kinda… earthy? Not bad, but not my favorite. The green tea was, well, green tea. I needed to find a way to combine them.
Next, I started experimenting. I tried adding the moringa powder directly to my cup of green tea. The first time, I put too much moringa, and it was way too strong. It was a fail. The color was off, too, like a murky green. Not very appetizing.

I didn’t give up, though. I tried a few more times, playing around with the amount of moringa powder. Finally, I found a good balance, just a small pinch of moringa in my green tea. It added a little something extra to the flavor, not overpowering, just a hint of that earthiness. It was still a nice green color, too, not murky. And, I started feeling pretty good after drinking it regularly.
It seems it gives me an energy boost without the jitters from coffee. And I’ve noticed I don’t get sick as often. Could be the moringa, could be the green tea, or maybe it’s just in my head. Who knows? But hey, I’m enjoying it. It was a win!

- Brew green tea.
- Add a tiny pinch of moringa.
- Add a little honey.
- Enjoy!
I have been drinking this moringa and green tea mix for a few weeks now, and I’m pretty happy with it. It is not a miracle cure or anything, but I feel like I’m doing something good for my body.
