Okay, so, I’ve been wanting to get back in shape, you know, just feel a bit better overall. I saw this thing online called “Toned in 10,” and I thought, “Why not give it a shot?” It’s supposed to be a 10-minute workout thing you do every day. Sounded easy enough, right?
So, I started a few days ago. The first day, I just did some basic stuff. I started by standing with my feet about hip-distance apart, just like the article said. Then, I tried to do some of those hip hinges. Man, I haven’t done those in ages! Felt a bit wobbly, to be honest. But I managed to do a few sets, even though I was definitely feeling it by the end.
- Day 1: Tried the hip hinges. Wobbly, but I did them!
- Day 2: Added some other stuff. Not sure what they’re called, but basically moving my arms and legs in different ways. Felt like a goofball, but at least I was moving!
- Day 3: Decided to do this before work. Big mistake! Almost fell asleep at my desk. Note to self: do this AFTER work.
I’ve been trying to do it every day, but life gets in the way, you know? Some days I’m just too tired. And other days, I’m like, “Nah, I’ll just chill on the couch.” But I’m trying to stick with it. It’s only 10 minutes, right? I can do that.
The article I read said 10 minutes might not be enough for people who are already fit, but for a beginner like me, it’s a good start. I figured I could do some upper body stuff one day and then lower body stuff the next. They said to alternate them. I mean I’m not very fit now, but hope I can be fit some day.
Honestly, I don’t know if I’m doing it right. I’m just kind of winging it, trying to follow what I read online. But hey, at least I’m doing something, right? I’ve noticed I’m a little less out of breath when I climb the stairs, so maybe it’s working?
I’m gonna keep at it for the full 10 days, just to see what happens. Maybe I’ll even feel a bit “toned,” as they say. Who knows? It’s worth a try, right? And if I can do it, anyone can. It’s just 10 minutes!
The Result
It has been 10 days already. Did I successfully keep doing the workout every day? No, I failed. I skipped some days. But I feel better than before I started. Maybe I’ll keep doing it. I mean, not very strictly keep doing it, just do it when I feel I need it.
