Drink more water, find a different powder, or just eat some good old-fashioned food. That’s my advice, for what it’s worth.
In the end, it’s all about listenin’ to your body. If somethin’ makes you feel bad, don’t take it. It ain’t worth it, no matter how muscly it’s supposed to make you. There’s plenty of other ways to get strong and healthy, without givin’ yourself a headache. Eat your vegetables, get some sunshine, and maybe do a little work around the house. That’s what I do, and I ain’t never had a headache from it, I tell ya.
