[Body]
Alright, let’s talk about them… uh… menstrual cramps, yeah, that’s what the young folks call ‘em. Them pains ain’t no fun, I tell ya. Always makin’ a fuss, stoppin’ you from doin’ your chores and whatnot. But, you know, back in the day, we didn’t have all them fancy pills. We had to figure things out on our own. And wouldn’t you know it, there are spots on your body, yeah, spots, that you can press on to make the hurtin’ go away. I ain’t no doctor, mind you, but I know what works.
One important spot, they call it SP-10. I don’t know what that means, sounds like somethin’ from outer space to me! But this spot, it’s on your leg somewhere. If you got them period pains, and other… lady problems, pressin’ on this spot can help. It’s somethin’ about the… uh… spleen meridian, whatever that is. All I know is it works for some folks.
Then there’s this other spot, SP-6, or Sanyinjiao, another one of them fancy names. They also call it Spleen-6 or Three Yin Intersection, like I said, sounds like somethin’ from them sci-fi movies. This one’s about four finger-widths above your ankle bone, on the inside of your leg. You gotta press on it gently, mind you, not too hard. It’s good for them cramps and the achin’ in your lower back. I used to get that back pain somethin’ awful after workin’ in the fields all day. This spot, it helped a bit.
What pressure point gets rid of period cramps, you ask? Well, like I said, that Spleen 6 (SP6) one is a good’un. It’s right there on your inner leg, just above your ankle, easy to find. Folks say it’s the go-to spot for them period cramps and the achin’ in your belly. Worth a try, I say.
- SP-10: Good for cramps and other lady problems. Don’t ask me where it is exactly, just poke around on your leg, you’ll find it.
- SP-6 (Sanyinjiao): Four fingers above your ankle bone, on the inside. Press gently for cramps and back pain.
Now, there’s another one called SP-8, or Diji. This one’s a bit lower, about five finger-widths below your knee, on the inside of your leg again. It’s for them period cramps too, and other… you know… girl troubles. Seems like there’s a whole bunch of spots on your leg, huh? Who knew?
And there’s a whole bunch of other spots too, with names like CV3, LI4, LV3, GB34, B54, and TH5. Don’t ask me what they mean, I ain’t got a clue. But them fancy doctors, they know all about it. They say pressin’ on these spots can help with all sorts of things, not just period cramps. Headaches, bellyaches, even that achin’ in your joints. It’s all connected, they say.
So, next time them cramps got you doubled over, don’t just reach for the pills right away. Try pressin’ on some of these spots. You might be surprised. It ain’t always a cure, mind you, but it can sure help take the edge off. And it’s free! Can’t beat that, can ya?
And remember, everybody’s different. What works for one person might not work for another. So, you gotta try different spots, see what helps you the most. And if it hurts too much, stop pressin’! Don’t go makin’ things worse. Use your common sense, that’s what I always say.
Anyways, I hope this helps you young gals with them… uh… menstrual cramps. It ain’t easy being a woman, I tell ya. But we’re strong, we can handle it. And with a little help from these pressure spots, maybe we can handle it a little bit easier.
Now, I gotta go get back to my chores. This talkin’ about lady problems is wearin’ me out! Just remember, press them spots, take it easy, and don’t let them cramps get you down.
