Okay, so, I’ve been trying to do something about my hair lately. It’s been looking kinda dull and lifeless, you know? I heard about this leafy green called arugula and how it might be good for hair. So I thought, “Why not give it a shot?”
First, I started eating more arugula. I tossed it into my salads, added it to my sandwiches, that kind of thing. It’s got this peppery taste that I actually started to like. It didn’t take much work to find in the grocery store and add it to my meals.
I also started paying more attention to staying hydrated. I’ve always been bad about drinking enough water. Now, I carry a water bottle with me everywhere and try to sip on it throughout the day. I also have some green tea.
After a few weeks, I noticed my hair did seem a little shinier. It felt a bit stronger, too. Like, I wasn’t losing as much hair in the shower or when I brushed it. I felt that arugula was a good choice.
Now, I’m not saying this is some miracle cure or anything. But I do think adding more arugula to my diet and drinking more water made a difference. It wasn’t a huge, dramatic change, but it was enough for me to notice. My hair just feels healthier overall, and I feel more confident. I think the iron and the other stuff in arugula had an effect. I have kept up this habit because of these results.
Here’s what I did:
- Ate more arugula: Added it to salads, sandwiches, etc.
- Drank more water: Carried a water bottle and sipped throughout the day.
- Drank green tea: Had a cup or two a day.
It’s a pretty simple thing, really. If you’re looking for ways to improve your hair, you might want to try it out. It worked for me, so maybe it’ll work for you, too! Just remember to be patient. It takes time to see results.
