Okay, so today I wanna talk about how I figured out if my workouts are actually doing something. You know, it’s not always easy to tell if you’re making progress, especially when you’re just starting out. So, here’s what I did.
Keeping Track of Changes
First off, I started paying more attention to how my body was feeling and looking. It sounds obvious, but it’s easy to get caught up in the routine and forget to check in with yourself. I noticed my clothes fitting a bit differently, for example, like my jeans feeling looser. That was a good sign, I guess.
Strength and Energy
Then, I started to notice that I was getting stronger. I could lift things that used to be tough for me, and I didn’t feel as tired after doing everyday stuff. Plus, I just felt more energized throughout the day. I guess those workouts were paying off.
Paying Attention During Exercise
While working out, I made sure to check if my body was aligned right. I mean, you don’t wanna hurt yourself, right? I also watched out for signs of getting too tired or feeling any pain. And I tried to control my movements, not going too fast or anything.
- Clothes fitting differently
- Feeling stronger
- More energy
- Correct body alignment
- Control over movements
So yeah, that’s pretty much it. It’s not rocket science, but it did help me see that I was on the right track. The main thing is just paying attention to your body and how it’s responding to the workouts. I was just happy to see some results, no matter how small they were.
