Alright, so I wanted to try this whole vitamin E thing for whitening my skin. You know, like everyone’s been talking about online. I’m not a big fan of complicated routines, so I thought, “Why not give it a shot?”
First step, get some vitamin E. I went to the local pharmacy, and man, there were so many options! Capsules, oils, creams… it was a bit overwhelming. I ended up grabbing a bottle of vitamin E capsules ’cause they seemed the easiest to use.
Next, figure out how to use them. I read online that some people just swallow the capsules, but I was more interested in using it directly on my skin. So, I decided to do that. I poked a hole in one of the capsules with a clean needle and squeezed the oil out. It was kinda thick and sticky, not what I expected.
Then came the application part. I tried putting the oil directly on my face, but it felt really heavy and greasy. My skin didn’t like it and I started seeing small bumps after two days. I washed my face in the morning and at night, but I was still feeling like my skin was super oily! It was not a good experience at all, you know? It felt like I just dipped my face in a vat of cooking oil.
Time for a change of strategy. I thought, maybe mixing it with my regular moisturizer would be better. So, I did that. I mixed a few drops of the vitamin E oil with my usual face cream. This made it a little less greasy, and the oiliness was toned down.
- Started applying the mixture every night before bed.
- Made sure to massage it in gently.
- Tried to be patient and consistent.
After a couple of weeks, I started noticing some changes. My skin did seem a bit brighter, and some of my old acne scars looked a little lighter. But let’s be honest, I also tried other things such as drinking more water and adding other healthy things into my daily routine. But, I think I did notice some improvement after starting to use vitamin E and mixing it into my cream.
It wasn’t a miracle, but it was something. I kept up the routine for a couple of months. I found it is very important to be consistent when trying to change something in your body. But I also realized that everyone’s skin is different, and what works for one person might not work for another.
My final thoughts?
Vitamin E might help with skin whitening, but it’s not a guaranteed solution. It’s important to be patient, listen to your skin, and don’t expect overnight results. Also, mixing it with a moisturizer is way better than applying it directly, at least for me. I’m not sure if I would go through this much work and keep trying it again, but it is not the worst thing in the world! I have a friend that told me she just takes it in pill form and that helps her. Maybe I will try that one day. Who knows!
