Alright, so today I wanna talk about this thing called a Pari Vios Pro nebulizer. I had to figure out how to use it, and let me tell you, it wasn’t as straightforward as I thought it would be.
First off, I unpacked the whole thing. There’s the main unit, which is kind of bulky, some tubing, and the part that holds the medicine, which they call the nebulizer cup. I found a few instruction videos that were not very helpful to me. I started by connecting one end of the tubing to the main unit. That was easy enough. There’s a little nozzle that it just pushes onto. No rocket science there.
Then, I had to deal with the nebulizer cup. It twists apart, and that’s where you put the medicine. I had a small bottle of liquid medicine, so I just poured it into the bottom part of the cup. Once the medicine was in, I twisted the cup back together. It’s important to make sure it’s sealed properly, or it won’t work right. Also, I screwed up once and put way too much in and it leaked everywhere. So, yeah, don’t do that.
After that, I connected the other end of the tubing to the bottom of the nebulizer cup. Then, I had to choose between using a mouthpiece or a mask. I went with the mouthpiece, which just pushes onto the top of the nebulizer cup. Easy peasy.
With everything connected, I plugged in the main unit and flipped the power switch. It started making this humming noise, and a fine mist started coming out of the mouthpiece. That’s the medicine, turned into a mist that you can breathe in.
I learned from a video that if it doesn’t mist, it might be clogged somewhere, so I checked the tubing and the cup to make sure nothing was blocking it.
I used it for about 10 minutes, taking slow, deep breaths. After I was done, I turned the machine off and unplugged it. Then came the fun part – cleaning! I took everything apart again and washed all the parts that touched the medicine with warm, soapy water. I also learned that the filter of this machine should be changed from time to time, otherwise it may cause clogging as well.
-
Unpack the box
-
Connect the tubing to the main unit
-
Put medicine in the nebulizer cup
-
Connect the other end of the tubing to the nebulizer cup
-
Attach the mouthpiece or mask
-
Plug in and turn on the machine
-
Check for clogs if it doesn’t mist
-
Use the nebulizer for the prescribed time
-
Turn off and unplug the machine
-
Disassemble and clean the parts
It took a few tries to get the hang of it, but now I feel like a pro. It’s not just plug-and-play, you know? Gotta make sure you’re doing it right so you actually get the medicine. Hope this helps someone out there!
