So, I’ve always been curious about waterbeds. I mean, who wouldn’t be? They look so comfy in the movies. So, I decided to get one. Here’s how it went down.
First, I started looking around, asking friends and all. Turns out, there are mainly two kinds of waterbeds. The newer type, they call it soft-sided, seemed to be the popular choice, so I figured I’d go with that. Then I spent days, literally days, just diving deep into this waterbed world, trying to figure out which one is the best.
There was this one bed, the INNOMAX Genesis 800, that kept popping up. People were saying it’s like the king of waterbeds. It’s called “waveless,” which I guess means you don’t feel like you’re on a boat when you move. I dug a bit more, and it turns out this waveless thing is done with some fancy fiber setup inside. Sounds high-tech, right?
I looked and I looked, and finally, I thought, “What the heck, let’s do this!” I ordered the INNOMAX Genesis 800. And let me tell you, it was a whole process getting it set up. I got the delivery, and then it is to put these things together. Filled it up with water, which took a while. My back was almost broken, but it was a mission that needed to be completed.
- Unpacked everything.
- Figured out the instructions – not the easiest thing, by the way.
- Filled it up with water.
- Adjusted the temperature.
Setup Process
Finally, it was all set. I hopped in, a bit nervous, not gonna lie. But man, it was comfy! Like floating on a cloud, but also not really. It’s hard to explain. It’s firm but also soft, you know? Anyway, I’ve been sleeping on it for a few weeks now, and I gotta say, I’m loving it. My back feels better, I’m sleeping like a baby, and it’s just an overall cool experience.
So, yeah, that’s my waterbed adventure. If you’re thinking about getting one, I’d say go for it. Just be ready for a bit of work setting it up. But it’s totally worth it!
